Refund Policy

At CallGenAI, we take pride in delivering high-quality AI avatar & voice automation solutions tailored to help businesses generate, qualify, and convert leads more effectively.

We are transparent in our pricing, clear in our deliverables, and committed to client success — which is why we do not offer refunds on any of our services.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, including setup costs, content, resource allocation, and immediate deployment of AI tools and custom configurations:

  • All payments made to CallGenAI are non-refundable.
  • This applies to any payment received by us from clients, for example advance amount, token amount, one-time setup fees, monthly subscription charges, usage-based call credits, course fees and any other payments.
  • All sales are final. Under no circumstances will Callgenai provide a cash refund, money-back, chargeback, or credit — whether partial or full — once payment has been made.
  • This “No-Refund / All Sales Final” rule applies even if:
  • the client delays providing required inputs (e.g. information for avatar creation, personal data, or script details),
  • the client changes mind after payment,
  • the client fails to respond to communications,
  • there is a delay in delivering deliverables due to client’s delay,
  • the client is dissatisfied with the final result or output,
  • the video recording, avatar creation, script writing or other deliverables are not yet delivered at the time of refund request.

Nature of Services: Final Upon Payment or Upon Initiation

  • Given the nature of digital/consulting services, once payment is made and the project is initiated (or queued for initiation), the services are considered “rendered” and “consumed.” This makes them ineligible for refund, regardless of completion status.
  • This includes cases where deliverables are still pending (e.g. video recording not ready, scripts not completed) — payment constitutes assignment of resources, scheduling, and commitment of team and infrastructure.

Client’s Responsibility

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to:

  • Review our services in detail
  • Schedule a demo
  • To deliver services, Callgenai may require timely inputs from the client (for example: personal data or information needed for avatar/video creation, confirmation on scripts, feedback, etc.).
  • If the client delays, fails, or refuses to provide required inputs or co-operate, Callgenai will not be liable for any delay, and still will not issue any refund.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to respond, review, and approve deliverables as per schedule.

No Warranties, No Guarantees of Results

  • Callgenai does not guarantee any particular results or outcomes (e.g. number of leads generated, conversions, ranking, performance).
  • All services and deliverables are provided “as-is,” and the client accepts that results may vary. Dissatisfaction or poor results does not entitle the client to a refund under any circumstance.

Cancellation & Chargebacks Prohibited

  • Once payment is processed and the project/order is confirmed, client agrees that cancellation or “chargeback” requests will not be entertained.
  • Any request for cancellation after payment (even before deliverables are provided) will be considered as waiver of the payment and will not result into refund or credit.

Client’s Acknowledgment

By using or purchasing any service from callgenai.com, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They understand the “all-sales-final / no-refund” nature of this agreement.
  • They waive any right to claim refund, chargeback, or compensation, even in case of delay, dissatisfaction, or non-completion.
  • They accept full responsibility to provide required inputs, cooperate, and follow-up for timely delivery.
